BREAKING NEWS: John Mack Stepping Down as Morgan Stanley’s Chairman

John Mack, the former CEO of Morgan Stanley, will step down from his position as chairman of the Wall Street firm at the end of the year, but will stay on as a senior advisor to the firm. James Gorman, who took over for Mack as CEO last year, will become chairman.
