BREAKING NEWS: U.S. Economy Adds 80,000 Jobs in October; Jobless Rate Falls to 9%

Nonfarm payrolls increased by 80,000 in October, short of economists' estimates of 95,000. The unemployment rate unexpectedly fell to 9%. Economists expected the nation's jobless rate to hold steady at 9.1%.
