Wall Street flat as Apple cuts jobs data gains
NEW YORK (Reuters) - U.S. stocks ended flat on Thursday after gains brought by a sign of improvement in the labor market were erased in part by a drop in Apple shares after a legal setback in a court ruling.
Icahn offers to buy Oshkosh Corp, shares jump
(Reuters) - Activist investor Carl Icahn offered to buy all the outstanding shares of Oshkosh Corp Thursday for a 21-percent premium to the U.S. truckmaker's closing price on Wednesday, sending its shares to their highest in more than a year.
