I think the board needs to take a good long look at itself. Look at the line of CEOs: Fiorina, Hurd, Apotheker, Whitman. Certainly it hasn't been completely downhill, but there has been a lot more bad than good. I really didn't like the idea of Whitman being the CEO, and now look at the Autonomy debacle. Pretty sure both founders are rolling in their graves at the state of this company.
