Cheat Sheet - The Worst Case of Affluenza Yet?

Today: Exclusive: U.S. Intel Committee Chiefs Blast Deal for Israeli Spy , Far-Right Texas Terrorist Planned Murder And Robbery Spree in the Name of 'Liberty' , Retail Clinics Are More Common Than Ever, But That Doesn't Mean You Should Use Them
Cheat Sheet: Afternoon

April 01, 2014
JUSTICE FOR HIRE
DuPont heir Robert Richards IV received only probation for sexually assaulting his 3-year-old daughter. The problem isn't that he's rich, Jay Michaelson writes, the problem is that the legal system lets the rich practically buy deliverance.
DEFCON: WHOA
Jonathan Pollard was convicted of spying on the U.S. for Israel in the '80s and has been in an American prison ever since. Now Secretary of State John Kerry and Israeli Prime Minister Benjamin Netanyahu are discussing his release as a way to encourage Israeli participation in Mideast peace talks. Josh Rogin reports the Democratic and Republican leaders of the Senate Intelligence Committee are furious at such a proposal.
HOMEGROWN
While "terrorism" and "insurgent" often conjure thoughts of Islamic extremism, the majority of domestic terrorist attacks over the past 20 years have been carried out by right-wing radicals. Caitlin Dickson reports on the case of Robert James Talbot Jr., who created the "American Insurgent Movement" group in Texas for those "who want to restore America Pre-Constitutionally and look forward to stopping the Regime with action by bloodshed."
RETAIL THERAPY
Urgent-care clinics are springing up across the country, but that's not a good thing, especially when it comes to children, writes Russell Saunders. Taking your child to a walk-in clinic may seem be convenient, but patients need to build histories with doctors.
DON'T LOOK

Rep. Paul Ryan is taking a third shot at a new budget that he says will balance the federal government's books in 10 years. According to a New York Times analysis, the budget seeks steep cuts to Medicaid, food stamps, and a repeal of the Affordable Care Act. As funding levels for this fiscal year were already decided in December, the budget is more likely to be used as a campaign blueprint for Republicans. "This budget stops spending money we don't have," said Ryan, the House Budget Committee chairman and possible future chairman of the House Ways and Means Committee. Democrat Steny Hoyer asked rhetorically: Is this "really just a bad April Fools' Day joke?"
