FEELING BLUE?
The best-selling drug in America isn't what you think—and it's a whole lot more powerful than you'd expect. Jay Michaelson investigates Abilify, a powerful anti-psychotic that had $6.9 billion in sales last year, mainly to treat depression. Despite its rapid rise, the medication baffles the FDA.
NET NEUTRALITY

President Obama spoke out in support of reclassifying the Internet as a utility, which would allow the FCC to regulate Internet service providers more strictly and protect so-called net neutrality. "The time has come for the FCC to recognize that broadband service is of the same importance and must carry the same obligations as so many of the other vital services do," Obama said in a statement released Monday morning. The president also outlined several major points for how the Internet should operate, including prohibiting ISPs from blocking websites offering legal content, giving certain websites preferential treatment in terms of speed, and offering fast lanes to certain content providers.

BOILING POINT
As the world focuses attention on confrontations in Jerusalem, violence is spreading among Israel's Arab population in other parts of the country. Creede Newton reports that a new Palestinian intifada appears to be on the way.
THAT HURTS
After a 20-year fight, the family of Harold Acton's illegitimate half sister has won the rights to 50 percent of the estate the millionaire left to New York University. At the time it was called "the most magnificent" gift ever bequeathed upon an American university. Anthony Haden-Guest reports on the academic scandal and wonders: Will the school pay up?
R.I.P.

Former Minnesota Viking Orlando Thomas died Sunday of ALS at the age of 42. Thomas was a safety, leading the league in interceptions during his rookie season in 1995. Thomas retired in 2001 and announced he was suffering from ALS in 2007. During his career, he weighed 225 pounds, but was down to just 70 when he passed away. "Nobody's ever fought a battle like Orlando fought, with so much," said his agent, Mark Bartlestein. "He never had a sense of self pity, never felt sorry for himself, he was always worried about everyone else." In the league concussion settlement, the NFL offered $5 million to families of players who died of ALS.
