I wrote earlier this month about what is - and what isn't - legally considered to be a hostile work environment. Bullying another employee, despite the many horror stories readers have posted on my site about bullying, is also not illegal in most states unless it involves discrimination against a protected class. I came across an article recently that discussed 10 workplace issues that many employees believe are covered by our legal system, but are not.
