My New Obsession: Rice Pilaf

Hi, my name is Kathryn and I’m a rice pilaf addict. I’ve only been addicted for about a week, but I don’t see this obsession going away any time soon! It all started when I was looking for a side dish to accompany some fish I was baking. I had about a cup of wild rice that I wanted to use and a few other odds and ends.
