BREAKING NEWS: Stocks Rally as Italy Vote Eases EU Debt Fears; Dow Up 175

The markets powered higher on Friday as Italian lawmakers took steps to enact key economic reforms, relieving pressure on closely-watched Italian debt yields and lifting hopes that Europe may be able to contain its debt crisis. The Dow soared 175 points, or 1.5%, while the broader markets posted smaller losses on a percent basis.
