Dear People:

I've been on jury duty this week. Interesting process. I call every day just after 5 p.m., and so far, have been told each day that no jurors are needed. Part of me wants to serve on a trial and part of me breathes a sigh of relief each day that I won't have my work piling up while I sit on a jury. Here's a jury duty policy for your organization, just in case you encounter employees called for this civic responsibility.
