AMNESTY The Obama administration’s sweeping immigration overhaul, which will allow up to 1.7 million undocumented immigrants to apply to live and work in the U.S. without fear of deportation, went into effect Wednesday. The changes, similar to the Dream Act, affect immigrants between the ages of 15 and 31 who came to the country before they were 16 and have lived here continuously for at least five years. But that didn’t stop the attacks against Biden: former New York mayor Rudy Giuliani, for one, said Tuesday night that he wondered if Biden “has the mental capacity to handle” being president. | |
