Maersk to sell 49 percent of Denmark's biggest retailer
COPENHAGEN (Reuters) - Danish shipping and oil group A.P. Moller-Maersk is to sell 48.68 percent of Dansk Supermarked, the largest retailer in Denmark, and 18.72 percent of department store chain F. Salling, to holding company The Salling Companies.
Sinclair IS Pharma buys global rights to dermal gel Perfectha
(Reuters) - Sinclair IS Pharma Plc said it bought the global rights to dermal gel brand Perfectha, in a deal that is expected to significantly add to earnings, sending its shares up as much as 9 percent.

(Reuters) - Customer management services provider Convergys Corp said it would buy rival Stream Global Services Inc from its private equity owners for $820 million in cash in its largest ever deal to expand its client base and international presence.
Verso Paper to buy NewPage Holdings for $900 million
(Reuters) - Coated paper maker Verso Paper Corp said it would buy privately held NewPage Holdings Inc for about $900 million in cash and bonds to form a more cost-efficient company that can cope with increasing pressure from digital media.
Carlyle Group hires former FCC chairman as dealmaker
(Reuters) - Carlyle Group LP said that former U.S. Federal Communications Commission (FCC) Chairman Julius Genachowski would join the private equity firm as a managing director and partner on its U.S. buyout team.
XPO Logistics to buy Pacer to tap booming U.S.-Mexico trade
(Reuters) - XPO Logistics Inc will buy Pacer International Inc to bolster its intermodal shipping business as it looks to provide cheaper services and take advantage of the booming trade between the United States and Mexico.
