Vol. 12 No. 65 - ISSN: 1533-3698 May 17, 2011

Every year when the weather turns warm, I receive a few notes asking me about employee underwear - specifically, underwear that is showing under the skimpier clothing employees wear in the summer. People honestly want to know what to do about it and whether there is a place to address visible employee underwear in the company dress code. And, if not there - then, where? My responses have a lot to do with holding difficult conversations with employees. I make these recommendations.

Do you know that I write a new blog post every day? Check out the blog in the center column on my home page.

Please forward this newsletter, in its entirety, to your colleagues, coworkers and friends, because you want to add value to their work and lives.

Regards and wishing you and yours the best this week,

Susan
