Today's advice comes from coverage of PepsiCo CEO Indra Nooyi's AdAsia speech in The Hindu Business Line:

"We need to start the next plan while the ink is still drying on the old one. We have to think in a wholly different way. Responding to change is not the same as being fickle. We need to learn a wholly new skill — the skill of adaptability.”

Nooyi is one of the most prominent female CEOs today. She's leading PepsiCo through a time when, she says, corporations are confronting more uncertainty and risk than ever. Volatility has become the norm, and companies need to use flexibility rather than security as their base for future plans.
