Today's advice comes from Paul Spiegelman's column at Inc. "Sometimes, being a CEO is a lot like being a major-league coach. That means you need the right mix of playmakers in your locker room." But in order to achieve that right mix of team members you have to focus on an important concept — building chemistry, says Spiegleman, founder and CEO of The Beryl Companies, which manages patient interactions for hospitals. No one likes the ball hog so leaders should work to bring together a group of people with varied strengths who are also able to work together. "It's tough, but I've let go of certain folks go who were all-stars by traditional measures, but who just didn't fit into the fabric of our championship plan.
