Indian court orders Sahara to refund $3 billion to investors
NEW DELHI (Reuters) - India's top court on Friday ordered the Sahara conglomerate, the lead sponsor of India's cricket team and which recently agreed to buy New York's Plaza Hotel, to refund more than $3 billion raised from millions of small investors, reaffirming earlier rulings that said Sahara's fundraising did not comply with securities regulations.

FRANKFURT (Reuters) - Shandong Heavy Industry Group will buy a one quarter stake in Kion Group , giving China access to industrial technology from the world's number two fork lift truck maker in the largest direct investment by a Chinese company in a German firm.

WASHINGTON (Reuters) - An independent antitrust group urged U.S. regulators on Thursday to stop Universal Music Group's plan to buy EMI Music's labels for $1.9 billion because it says the deal would give Universal too much power in the music industry.

MOSCOW (Reuters) - Otkritie Financial Corporation said on Friday it plans to consolidate up to 100 percent in Nomos bank over the coming two years, increasing its holding from just under 20 percent.

(Reuters) - Taylor & Martin Group Inc, which helps companies cash their excess inventory and assets, filed with U.S. regulators on Thursday to raise up to $172.5 million in an initial public offering of common stock.
