Modern cabinet -- How FreedomWorks became an Armey of none --  Zombie apocalypse training: good spending or great spending? -- LIBERAL BIAS!!! Probably not -- Tweet of Yesterday -- Today in North Korean News
1.) Modern cabinet  -- A feminist group is demanding for more female secretaries. TheDC’s Caroline May reports:

“As President Barack Obama finalizes his second-term cabinet picks, the nation’s leading feminist group is pushing for more female appointments. … NOW president Terry O’Neill, in an interview with The Daily Caller, explained that she would like to see complete gender parity in Obama’s second-term cabinet. ‘I think that if half of the cabinet were women and half of the Supreme Court and half of Congress were women, we would see a lot more policies for expanding education and health care and social services that allow communities to thrive,’ O’Neill explained. ‘We’d see a lot less spending on military weapons systems, and we would also see a lot less of the most powerful, moneyed people not paying their fair share.’”
2.) How FreedomWorks became an Armey of none  -- TheDC’s Alex Pappas has the inside scoop on why Dick Armey left FreedomWorks:

“The tension between Armey and [FreedomWorks President Matt] Kibbe boiled over in August, according to sources, when Armey found out about the details surrounding Kibbe’s new book,’Hostile Takeover: Resisting Centralized Government’s Stranglehold on America.’ Armey, who in September accepted a $8 million consulting contract in return for leaving FreedomWorks after the election, was outraged that Kibbe — and not FreedomWorks — would earn money from the book. The royalties from a previous book co-authored by Kibbe and Armey went directly to the organization.”

What a sweet exit Armey (seemingly) engineered. Not only did he negotiate an $8 million golden parachute, but his exit was framed as a principled stand against the organization’s alleged unethical behavior. Well played, Dick.
3.) Zombie apocalypse training: good spending or great spending? -- Tom Coburn thinks the Department of Homeland Security is wasting money, TheDC’s Caroline May reports:

“Most believe zombies are relegated to the movies and video games, but Oklahoma Republican Sen. Tom Coburn has highlighted the Department of Homeland Security’s participation in a staged ‘zombie apocalypse.’ According to Coburn’s most recent oversight report ’Safety at Any Price: Assessing the Impact of Homeland Security Spending in U.S. Cities,’ first responders were approved grant funds for a $1,000 entry fee to a week-long HALO Counter-Terrorism Summit in San Diego where the ‘marquee’ event was a demonstration of a ‘zombie apocalypse.’ ‘[Strategic Operations] performed two shows on Halloween, which featured 40 actors dressed as zombies getting gunned down by a military tactical unit. Conference attendees were invited to watch the shows as part of their education in emergency response training.”

Now, Coburn says this is a waste of money, and many probably agree with him. But when the zombie apocalypse finally comes, we’ll be happy we have a few people in government who know what to do.
4.) LIBERAL BIAS!!! Probably not -- BREAKING: A Hollywood producer is upset his film wasn’t nominated for an Academy Award. TheDC’s Taylor Bigler reports:

“’2016: Obama’s America,’ a conservative documentary, raked in more money than all the 15 films being considered for the Best Documentary Academy Award combined. But the Academy of Motion Picture Arts and Sciences on Monday announced ’2016′ won’t even get a shot to win a nomination for the award. Gerald Molen, the Oscar-winning producer of ‘Schindler’s List’ and ’2016,’ blames Hollywood’s ‘bias against anything from a conservative point of view’ for the Academy Award snub, according to The Hollywood Reporter.”

It is undoubtedly true that Hollywood has a bias in favor of liberals. The question is whether that bias is best seen in the fact that “2016″ wasn’t nominated for an Academy Award, or in the fact that Michael Moore’s nonsense faux-documentaries regularly win. (Hint: It’s the latter).
5.) Tweet of Yesterday -- Jose Canseco: i got bite by a big cobra snake. After 3 long painful months, the cobra died. What a great line. lol
6.) Today in North Korean News -- BREAKING: “Namibian Presidents Meets WPK Delegation”
AUDIO: Rand Paul says Ashley Judd is “way damn too liberal” to be elected in Kentucky
