A godless city? Please. Joshua DuBois, President Obama's former religious adviser, writes in Newsweek on the surprising number of believers in D.C.'s corridors of power.

POWERFUL

People are believed to be buried in the rubble beneath a building in the middle of Prague that was the site of an explosion Monday that injured up to 40. The cause of the explosion that rocked the Czech capital is still unknown, though police are leaning toward a natural-gas explosion. The blast was so powerful that it blew out windows of buildings hundreds of meters away, showering the streets in glass and rubble.

BOSTON AFTERMATH

The daughter of the Boston bomber Tamerlan Tsarnaev and many like her will forever wonder if they are also 'bad seeds.' Are they right? Eliza Shapiro reports.

DELAYED INFORMATION

The details of Tamerlan Tsarnaev's life pre–Boston Marathon bombing continue to be revealed. Russian authorities have now informed U.S. investigators for the first time that they'd heard the bombing suspect discuss jihad and the possibility of taking a trip to Palestine with his mother during a recorded telephone conversation back in 2011. While this phone call seems enlightening, counterterrorism experts say it doesn't necessarily indicate that the now-deceased suspect had actually been plotting an attack. The real issue authorities are focused on is Tsarnaev's 2012 trip to Dagestan and whether he and his brother, Dzhokhar, had any help in planning the April 15 attack.

VERY EARLY

If New Hampshire held its Democratic primary today, Hillary Clinton would win by a landslide. A WMUR Granite State poll surveyed voters in the state that typically holds the country's first primary election on the current field of potential presidential candidates, and 61 percent of them said they'd vote for Hillary. Vice President Joe Biden, on the other hand, would get only 7 percent of the vote in this hypothetical primary, while neither New York Gov. Andrew Cuomo nor his Maryland counterpart Martin O'Malley would pass the 5 percent mark. Potential Republican voters were less decisive, giving Sens. Marco Rubio and Rand Paul 15 percent each and New Jersey Gov. Chris Christie and Rep. Paul Ryan tying in second place with 11 percent. It is a bit early to be predicting primary results, though, as none of these potential candidates have actually thrown their hats in the race.
