FRANKFURT (Reuters) - German books to cosmetics retailer Douglas said on Monday it is in exclusive talks to buy French perfumery chain Nocibe, in a deal that would leapfrog it to the number two spot in France.
UK sets nuclear support precedent with $26 billion EDF deal
PARIS/LONDON (Reuters) - Britain signed a deal with France's EDF to build a 16-billion pound ($26-billion) nuclear plant, becoming the first European country to provide state guarantees to help fund a nuclear project.

(Reuters) - Office Depot and OfficeMax Inc are set to receive regulatory approval for their planned merger as the Federal Trade Commission has concluded the deal is not likely to substantially lessen competition, the Wall Street Journal reported.
Crown Castle to buy rights to AT&T towers for $4.85 billion
(Reuters) - Wireless infrastructure provider Crown Castle International Corp said on Sunday that it had agreed to buy rights to about 9,700 AT&T Inc wireless communication towers for $4.85 billion in cash.

Zhuzhou CSR to raise $294 million through new shares issue
HONG KONG (Reuters) - Chinese railway equipment maker Zhuzhou CSR Times Electric aims to raise $294 million by issuing new shares and will use the proceeds to buy raw materials and machinery, it said.
