BMW extends joint venture with Brilliance China to 2028 FRANKFURT (Reuters) - BMW said on Monday it had extended its joint venture with Brilliance China Automotive Holdings until 2028, a move which analysts say would help both companies continue expanding in the world's largest car market. Japan's Orix to buy majority stake in auto prototype maker TOKYO (Reuters) - Japanese financial company Orix Corp said it plans to buy a majority stake in automobile prototype maker Arrk Corp from a government-sponsored fund, its latest in a string of acquisitions. Stora Enso buys U.S. biotech firm Virdia for $33 million HELSINKI (Reuters) - Finnish papermaker Stora Enso said on Monday it had bought U.S. based biotechnology firm Virdia for $33 million, with potential additional payouts totaling $29 million.
