For marketers, millennials are the most important generation to come along in the past 100 years. The young, tech-savvy shoppers spend $600 billion a year. But if you want millennials to buy from your brand, it'll require more than just promotion — you'll need to create long-term brand loyalty.

Adroit Digital conducted a survey of how 2,000 millennials view brands and their feelings about brand loyalty in order to help agencies and brands evaluate how well their marketing efforts are perceived by millennials. The company's report, “Millennials and the New Age of Brand Loyalty: A Snapshot of Millennials and Their Views on Brands,” revealed 14 facts, including:

  • 64% of millennials are more brand-loyal or as brand-loyal as their parents.

  • 77% say they are evaluating brands with a different set of criteria than their parents.

  • 38% will switch brands if a company is found to have bad business practices.

Download Adroit Digital’s report to get more insights about marketing to millennials in 2015.
