BREAKING NEWS: Personal Spending Remains Unchanged, Income Rises

U.S. personal spending remained flat from November to December. Analysts had expected a rise of 0.1%. Personal income jumped 0.5%, topping estimates of 0.4% and marking the largest increase since March 2011.
