China's CNOOC to buy Canada's Nexen for $15.1 billion
HONG KONG (Reuters) - China's top offshore oil producer CNOOC Ltd has entered into an agreement to buy Canada's Nexen Inc for about $15.1 billion, the Chinese company said on Monday.
DigitalGlobe to buy GeoEye for $453 million
(Reuters) - Satellite imagery provider DigitalGlobe Inc said it will buy rival GeoEye Inc for about $453 million in cash and stock.

EBRD, IFC buy 15 percent stake in Credit Bank of Moscow
MOSCOW (Reuters) - The European Bank for Reconstruction and Development (EBRD) and International Finance Corporation (IFC) are buying a 15 percent stake in Credit Bank of Moscow (CBM) to help towards a flotation of the mid-sized lender within five years, the EBRD said on Monday.
