SINGAPORE/HONG KONG (Reuters) - China's Shuanghui International Holdings, which has agreed to buy U.S. pork producer Smithfield Foods Inc. for $4.7 billion, plans to list the combined company in Hong Kong after completing the takeover, people with knowledge of the matter told Reuters.

Abbott to buy cataract laser, leg stent businesses
(Reuters) - Abbott Inc said on Monday that it would enter the laser cataract surgery business by buying privately held OptiMedica Corp for up to $400 million and in a separate deal would pay $310 million for stent maker Idev Technologies.
EQT to sell unit to its midstream partnership for $540 million
(Reuters) - Natural gas company EQT Corp said it will sell its Sunrise pipeline unit to EQT Midstream Partners LP for $507.5 million in cash and $32.5 million of common and general partners units.
