Dave Majumdar reports that due to missing software, the jet won't be able to fire its gun during operational missions until 2019, three to four years after it joins fighter squadrons. It was a mistake I regret." On Tuesday, Speaker John Boehner declared that he has "full confidence" in Scalise. Palestinians Want Into War Crime Court Palestinian Authority President Mahmoud Abbas signed papers on Wednesday to join the International Criminal Court in order to push for the prosecution of Israeli officials. The move comes just a day after a resolution demanding that Israel end its occupation of Palestinian territory by 2017 was defeated at the United Nations. The move to join the ICC will likely incur sanctions by the U.S. and Israel. It also could backfire on Palestinians, because while they will try to bring cases against Israeli settlements and military operations, they could also face charges at the court.
