Let me add one big one as Rule #16 (I'm sure this list could grow to be a hundred or more with the smart mob working on it): The public - or private - restroom is for one function - your cell phone should not be out of your pocket, purse, or belt-clip while carrying out the assigned task! This applies to everyone, regardless of which door sign they follow - and bluetooth guy - this goes for you as well!
