BREAKING NEWS: Durable Goods Orders Fall Less Than Expected in September

New orders for long-lasting goods fell 0.8% in September from August, a smaller drop than the 0.9% economists had been expecting. Excluding the transportation segment, orders rose 1.7%, much higher than the 0.4% that had been expected.
