BREAKING NEWS: Stocks Charge Higher, Add Third Day to Winning Streak

Wall Street added a third day to its winning streak after upbeat economic and retail sales data, coupled with continued optimism that European authorities are taking steps to tackle the region's debt crisis, boosted traders' sentiment. The Dow zoomed 183 points higher and the S&P 500 jumped 1.8%, while the yield on the 10-year Treasury note rose to 1.992% from 1.895%.
