BREAKING NEWS: Stock Futures Dive as Debt Fears Strike Europe's Core

Wall Street is set to tumble on Wednesday morning, with stock-index futures pointing sharply lower, as investors dumped Italian government debt, sending yields surging and forcing traders to grapple with the specter of Europe's debt crisis spreading from the periphery to one of the euro zone's biggest economies. Dow futures slid 215 points, or 1.8%, while S&P 500 futures plummeted 30 points, or 2.3%.
