The death toll in violence between rival militias in the southern Libyan oasis city of Sabha has risen to at least 25. The ethnic dispute was sparked when a man was killed in an argument over a car.

Countries at the Nuclear Security Summit in South Korea have agreed on the need for "shared goals." However, after a summit overshadowed by North Korea's planned rocket launch, the document was short on details.
