Let’s not forget the real reason for the weekend, though. Home renovation projects. Thank god for free enterprise and Lowe’s to remind us of the importance of this holiday weekend. I want to paint my dining room and order new hardwood floors for the upstairs floors of my house. Ken wants to work in the yard and think about landscape design. We can do it all. We’re Americans!
