From Alison Doyle, your Guide to Job Searching
In addition to providing job search and career related books, public libraries offer many other resources for job seekers. Libraries are a good resource for unemployed workers and job changers, especially for those who can use personal assistance.

Get Job Search Help at the Library
Job seekers can attend job search classes, learn how to use a computer, learn how to use a variety of software programs, use library computers to check email (get a free Gmail, Yahoo, or other account), and apply for jobs (save a copy of your resume and cover letters online using Google Docs).

Resume Keywords
In order to get found by employers, your resume needs to contain keywords that directly target the jobs you are interested in. Here's how to use resume keywords to get your resume noticed.

Fake Job Scams
To avoid getting scammed, review the warning signs to help you determine if a job is a scam before you apply for a job. If you're not sure, take the time to research the company to make sure the job is legitimate.

Salary / Benefits / Legal
Salary information, employment law, employee benefits, legal resources, and salary surveys and calculators.
