BREAKING NEWS: Home Prices Rise in July

The S&P/Case-Shiller composite index of 20 metropolitan areas shows home prices rose 0.9% in July from June, topping estimates of 0.7%. Prices are down 4.1% from last year, slightly less than the 4.4% decline economists had expected.
