BREAKING NEWS: Bulls Charge After Italian PM Reveals Resignation Plans; Dow Jumps 102

Wall Street staged a fierce rally in the final hours of trading on Tuesday after it was revealed Italy's prime minister would resign, potentially paving the way for the euro zone's third-biggest economy to enact much-needed reforms aimed at quelling its debt debacle. The Dow jumped 102 points, or 0.84%, while the broader S&P 500 and Nasdaq posted bigger gains on a percent basis.
