Russia Putin completes controversial return to Russian presidency At a ceremony in Moscow, Vladimir Putin has taken the oath of office of the Russian President and returns to the position he held for eight years before a four-year hiatus as prime minister. Elections Election observers critical of Armenia poll The Organization for Security and Cooperation in Europe (OSCE) said on Monday that democratic failings undermined what was an otherwise peaceful election that featured an open campaign.
