The Cynical Girl: The Week Ahead

Hey, dudes.

I have a friend in town so today’s blog post will be short and sweet. When I look ahead at the upcoming week, I am preparing for tons of meetings and two “speeches” that I’ll be giving in the month of June. I am also writing about the ongoing tensions between India and Pakistan, mint Klondike bars, and my unfortunate love of my smelly Toms. I cannot get these damn things clean.

Exciting times? No. I’m a Human Resources & career advice blogger. Not exciting. Kind of lame.

But you know what’s exciting? Jenny DeVaughn — an amazing friend of mine — has a new job. So let’s celebrate her success and wish her the best in her new role. And her job change means that Bernard Hodes is hiring.
