I strongly believe what they said in their website:
"If you leave this subject for another day, when you have time for it, then most likely you will never get around to it until it is too late.
Too late, is when you realize that you should of done this a long time ago.  Too late, is when you realize that your competition has overtaken you.
Too late, is when your business stops growing and you start to thinking of letting people go. There is no need to let things go that way. "

BUSINESS PLAN - CARAWAY INTERNATIONAL
The company Caraway International AB has developed a unique method for repairing car body work and paint damage using an industrial production line system, utilising new, unique, patented technology which radically cuts time and cost as well as emissions in comparison to present day methods.
1) We use new methods and innovations developed by and for Caraway. International patents have been applied fore. The Swedish Patent and Registration Office has conducted a pre-study which has given positive results regarding the patent potential of the innovations. Like us and our highly qualified business partners, they judge that it would be extremely difficult to create an installation that approaches the effectiveness of ours without applying these innovations.
2) The three largest target groups are insurance companies, car dealerships and logistics companies transporting cars. We have received Letters of Intent from all the most significant entities in Sweden within our target groups, which is to say IF Försäkringar (largest in Sweden for vehicle damage insurance), SkandiaTransport (80-90 % of the market for import and transfer via Sweden eastward of cars, close cooperation with Toyota),
VW Group (largest car dealership with many of the most sold makes - VW, Audi, Skoda etc.). IF will engage its own technicians in the construction of the pilot installation to ensure that it performs optimally for the insurance sector, the largest target group.
3) Profitability is far greater than for conventional spray shops. An installation can generate about MSEK 5 annually with one shift. They could also be run on a two or three shift bases, which would further increase profitability considerably. Moreover, small and medium versions are available, which allows for adaptation of capacity to match demand.
4) Caraway is extremely environmentally friendly compared to conventional car spraying methods (see facts below).
5) Caraway will be the first 'chain' to introduce an industrial concept to car spraying repair work.
We plan to build the pilot installation in Göteborg as soon as possible and then build
4-5 larger facilities in Stockholm and Malmö. These Swedish installations will be built and operated by Caraway and will be located at large urban areas. We also intend to offer a franchise concept for all the areas of the country that lie outside the large urban areas. These can be smaller installations that take 10-15 cars per day, but with the same advantages.
The intention is then to open installations abroad as soon as possible, which we also plan to operate through franchising.  This will not only provide Caraway with revenue from the sale of installations, but also through royalties for every car that passes through a Caraway unit, no matter where in the world it occurs, for as long as the unit is operational.

DAMAGE CONTROL

Embattled Penn State University has tapped former FBI director Louis Freeh to lead an independent investigation into the sex-abuse scandal that's rocked college sports. Freeh said the probe will be "leaving no stone unturned." Meanwhile, the boy who first came forward to accuse former assistant football coach Jerry Sandusky of sexual assault recently left high school in the middle of his senior year because of intense harassment. Former head coach Joe Paterno’s attorney told Good Morning America that the coach strongly condemns bullying. That might be little comfort for the victim—his mother told ABC that students are blaming her son for the firing of Paterno.

WHOOPS

What were investors expecting? The Dow Jones industrial average took a big hit in early trading on Monday, sliding 300 points, or about 2.5 percent, on news that Congress’s supercommittee on deficit reduction was preparing to announce its failure to reach a deal. If the deficit panel does not reach some sort of agreement, an automatic round of cuts is to kick in by 2013. But Congress may try to get around the automatic measures, a move that could create more uncertainty for investors. Committee chairs Sen. Patty Murray and Rep. Jeb Hensarling are expected to issue a joint statement on Monday announcing they have not struck a deal.

CLOSE CALL

The suspected “lone wolf” jihadist who was arrested on terrorism charges in New York was reportedly just an hour away from finishing constructing a bomb, investigators said. Police say Jose Pimentel, a 27-year-old Al Qaeda sympathizer from Washington Heights, meant to use the bomb to assassinate U.S. soldiers returning from war. Authorities built a duplicate of the device that he was allegedly building, and the detonation blew apart a car, police said. Pimentel, though inspired by the likes of the late cleric Anwar al-Awlaki, Saddam Hussein, and Osama bin Laden, only infrequently attended Muslim services, drank, and smoked marijuana.

PUNISHMENT

Another shoe dropped at UC Davis, where the university has put its police chief on administrative leave over a viral video in which police officers are shown pepper-spraying peaceful student protesters on campus. The two officers who used the pepper spray have also been put on leave. In a statement, the president of the University of California network said he was “appalled” by the video, and also ordered a review of campus law-enforcement policy across the system's 10 locations. Students were participating in a sit-in to show their support for the Occupy Wall Street movement.

HATE

Since President Obama’s election, the number of right-wing extremist groups has ballooned from 140 to 824. In this week’s Newsweek, Ross Schneiderman profiles John Matthews, an undercover FBI informant in white-supremacist groups for almost a decade. “These people think that if they overthrew the government they’d make a better world,” Matthews tells Schneiderman.
