BREAKING NEWS: Rally in Stocks Builds, Dow Up 400 Points

Stocks are building on already-large gains early Wednesday, with the latest batch of good news coming in the form of strong manufacturing data out of the Midwest. The Chicago Purchasing Managers Index rose to 62.6 in November, from October's 58.4. The Dow is up 400 points, or 3.5%, at 11957, while yields on the 10-year Treasury have soared to 2.08%.
