BREAKING NEWS: Stocks Tumble in Tumultuous Trade; Dow Off 220

Wall Street abruptly sold off for the second-straight day after spending much of the session searching for direction as anxious market participants parsed through a flurry of headlines from across the globe and eyed key technical levels. With less than two hours to the closing bell, the Dow is off 220 points, or 1.9%, while the broader S&P 500 and Nasdaq are more than 2.1% to the downside.
