BREAKING NEWS: Bulls Charge on Wall Street; Dow Jumps 136

The markets posted a comeback rally on Thursday, with the Dow soaring 136 points, or 1.1%, as traders cheered a round of encouraging data on the U.S. economy. The broader S&P 500 jumped 13.4 points, or 1.1%, climbing back into the green for 2011.
