BREAKING NEWS: Fed Says Demand for Business Loans Picked Up Slightly

The Federal Reserve said Wednesday that demand for business loans picked up modestly towards the end of 2001. In unveiling its so-called Beige Book, the Fed said the overall economy improved modestly in the last six weeks of last year.
