| Social Media: Who Inspired You First? Posted: 14 Jun 2012 03:45 AM PDT I’m curious. Who inspired you to get active and join your favorite social media sites?
I was inspired to blog by an ex-boyfriend. I give him all the credit. I’m very thankful and appreciative. Then my company started talking about blocking Facebook and Twitter — and since I supported the global IT organization, I had to check it out. I tweeted this. I don’t know why.
I should have written cats but I am not prescient — otherwise I’d be filthy rich. I can’t find my first tweet on @lruettimann because I have more than 3200 tweets — but I’m sure it was something dumb, too. Who inspired you to try Facebook, LinkedIn, Twitter, Pinterest, or even MySpace? What was your first tweet? Let me know!  |
