The prosecution had asked for a three year sentence. Israel Israel military shoots down unidentified drone Israeli soldiers have begun searching for a drone shot down in Israeli air space early on Saturday. The Israeli military has said it doesn't know where the unmanned aircraft came from. Democracy Guinea completes transition to civilian government Guinea's President Alpha Conde has reshuffled his cabinet and removed its last military figures. South Asia Peace activists march against US drone war in Pakistan Rising political star Imran Khan and hundreds of peace activists have begun their trek to Pakistan's tribal regions to protest the US drone war in the area. The Pakistani Taliban has condemned the march. Disillusioned Pakistanis loathe Obama less than Romney France French police shoot dead terrorism suspect in Strasbourg French police have shot dead a suspect during an anti-terrorism operation in the northeastern city of Strasbourg. The operation was part of a broader investigation into a bomb attack on a Jewish grocery store in Paris. Business China Foxconn says factory is i-ok after strike reports Taiwanese electronics giant Foxconn, which assembles Apple products, has rejected claims of strikes at a plant in China, saying there was no impact on production.
