EADS shareholders reach outlines of deal: sources
PARIS/LONDON (Reuters) - Shareholders in EADS have reached the outlines of an agreement on its structure and are working out final legal technicalities before announcing a shake-up of the European aerospace group, two people familiar with the matter said.
Thai group buys $9.4 billion Ping An stake from HSBC
HONG KONG (Reuters) - A conglomerate controlled by Thailand's richest man, Dhanin Chearavanont, has bought a minority stake in China's Ping An Insurance for $9.38 billion from global bank HSBC, a bold move that ranks as Asia's second-largest deal this year.
Kingsett Capital makes offer to acquire Primaris Retail REIT
TORONTO (Reuters) - A consortium led by Canadian private equity firm KingSett Capital said on Wednesday it plans to make an offer to acquire Primaris Retail Real Estate Investment Trust in a deal valued at about C$4.4 billion.
