And the 49ers and Ravens are no exception to that rule. The folks at FootballPerspective.com took a look at the production of homegrown players in the starting lineups for every team that has played in a Super Bowl. For the 49ers, 75% of their production came from homegrown players. That number is 73% for the Ravens. Those numbers are typical for recent Super Bowl winners.
