CEOs Who Use Social Media Boost Credibility (Weber Shandwick) CEOs can improve employee morale and show that their company is tech-savvy, simply by being active social media users. A new study from Weber Shandwick indicates that 76% of managers and executives believe that a company appears more innovative if their CEO uses social media. Moreover, 52% of respondents said they feel inspired working for a CEO who uses social media. The move opens up Vine to a far larger pool of users. Twitter also announced that Vine has attracted 13 million sign ups thus far, even though it has only been on iOS. - Analytics And Customer Trends: Just as your social media presence can give a customer insight into your company or brand, analytics can give you insight into that customer. Facebook and Pinterest have their own analytics tools: learn them. Other choices include Google Analytics and Socialbro for Twitter.
