How To Market Your Brand On Instagram (Ignite Social Media)
- Maximize your hashtags. When posting images that do not contain a product or service, but rather are intended to communicate around your brand, utilize hashtags to connect the dots.
- Seek out content about your brand. Sometimes your customers will post photos of your product without you even knowing. Do some leg-work and engage with your brand's biggest advocates.
- Ask users if you can use their content. As part of seeking out content that customers are posting, ask them if you can use that content for promoting your brand. They will probably get a kick out of it too.
- Create authentic content. Rather than posting perfectly-Photoshopped images of your product, keep your content authentic. Backstage and candid photography reveals the real people behind your brand.
- Get creative with simple products. Experiment with different scenery and backgrounds for your product imagery. Placing your content in its natural context helps people envision using it as well. Read >
