Tragic

The prenatal test told a couple their child might be intersex and have a genetic disorder, so they aborted. The test was wrong. Now the lab, hospital, and doctors are being sued for "wrongful abortion," Brandy Zadrozny reports.

HOLD UP, Y'ALL

Hillary Clinton may push back the official start of her presidential campaign, top Democrats tell Politico. Clinton was initially planning to roll out her campaign in April, but since she doesn't have any strong primary opponents yet, she may take her time. One option Clinton is considering is announcing an exploratory committee in April, timed with the start of a new fundraising quarter, and officially roll out her presidential campaign in July. "She doesn't feel under any pressure, and they see no primary challenge on the horizon. If you have the luxury of time, you take it," one Democrat said.

Standoff

The terror group is now threatening a Jordanian pilot with execution unless a female terrorist is freed by sunset Thursday. Christopher Dickey and Jake Adelstein write that ISIS is showing stunning political acumen.

Children at Risk

The last and most recent measles outbreaks started in Disneyland. Michael Daly writes that in 1982, the disease seemed to be on the ropes thanks to mass vaccination. Now it's come roaring back.

FINALLY

The Malaysian government has officially declared Malaysia Airlines MH370 lost. The flight vanished without trace after it took off March 8, 2014, for a flight from Kuala Lumpur to Beijing. No evidence of the plane or the 239 people on board was ever recovered, despite a multi-nation effort to scour the Indian Ocean for months. The government made the official declaration so that loved ones of the missing passengers could apply for compensation payments and Malaysia Airlines could file insurance claims. Malaysia civil aviation chief Azharuddin Abdul Rahman said finding evidence of the plane "remains a priority." An Australian-led sea search in the southern Indian Ocean is scheduled to be completed by May.
