BREAKING NEWS: Stocks Losing Steam As Fed Announcement Looms

Major stock indices remain higher Tuesday but are losing some steam about 15 minutes in front of a Federal Reserve announcement on the direction of interest rates and the overall state of the economy. The Dow Jones Industrial Average, up by more than 200 points earlier, is higher by 80 points, at 10889.
