Procrastination is contagious. Think about it...you might put off doing something once or twice, telling yourself you'll get to it later, or that you'll do it tomorrow. Then you put it off again, or move it to a new place on your task list. And before you know it, it's several weeks overdue, and it's almost impossible to find the motivation to just get it done.

We've all been there. Perhaps it's a task you just can't stand doing, or something you know is going to be intense. Once you fall into the procrastination cycle, it can be very difficult to get out.
